I don’t remember exactly when I started wearing this hat but I really like it. I like the white and I like the salty burgee on the front. It’s a great hat and goes well with my sailing look when I’m on the boat. Over the years it happens that these hats get sacrificed to the ocean in one way or another. I’ve lot one in the waves of Daytona beach Florida. One in the middle of the Atlantic sailing to Bermuda and recently one in Casco Bay Maine while battling an uncooperative Genniker. I almost rescued the most recent one with a quick MOB drill but it couldn’t hold on long enough and sunk just as I got there. Well this makes #4 so let’s see how long this one will last. Thank you to Amy for keeping me supplied and having extras on hand so I dont have to go long without my favorite hat. ❤️
